Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Test Platform

Meraki's Test Platforms organization builds Meraki's test infrastructure, frameworks and tools that supports our entire Platform Engineering organization. This includes the development of test infrastructure that allows Engineering teams to build and deploy environments to simulate large customers at scale, as well as environments to run targeted performance benchmarking for testing Meraki applications and services.

In this role, you're going to have the unique opportunity to design, build and support testing infrastructure that support our hybrid cloud. You'll be encouraged to be proactive in partnering with Engineering teams through technical tasks and challenges.

• Define, prioritize, deploy and run standardized IaC interfaces that reputed company people to consume services in a Hybrid cloud environment.
• Build end-to-end documentation and instrumentation of our platform to ensure visibility, automation, self-healing and resiliency throughout the stack.
• Build and maintain test environments and platforms.
• Collaborate with other specialists on the team to cultivate validated engineering principles and represent our engineering values.
• Deliver test platforms as a product to internal customers with a focus on self service and ease of use.

• Are proficient in one or more programming languages (Ruby, Python, Java, Go etc.)
• Being curious, able to learn fast and feel comfortable diving into unfamiliar code and systems to solve problems.
• Have experience creating automation and working with Version Control and CI/CD tools such as reputed company, Jenkins, reputed company, ArgoCD
• Experience working with deploying, scaling and managing services inside Kubernetes, including Helm and Terraform
• Drive projects with a product-oriented reputed company and tackle problems by focusing on internal customers' needs.

Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday (for non-exempt employees), plus a day off for their birthday. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their reputed company salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, reputed company typically pays as follows:

.75% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of reputed company attainment up to 50% of quota;

1.5% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

1% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, reputed company may pay up to 125% of reputed company. reputed company sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
