We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Phone Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Experience • Proven experience in sales or telemarketing. • Proven results exceeding sales targets. • Professional and clear verbal communication. • Strong business development skills with a focus on customer relationship management. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate reputed company information clearly. • Proficiency in using software tools for managing sales processes and customer interactions. • A background in customer service is highly desirable, showcasing the ability to understand and meet client needs. • A keen interest in market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly. • Handle 100-250 dials per day • Warm leads, 80% outbound, 20% inbound Compensation: Our compensation structure is designed so Sales Reps have an endless earning potential and we do not cap commissions! This position pays a competitive hourly reputed company with an aggressive commission plan, bonuses and spiffs. The average annual earnings are $70,000 and the top Sales Reps earn over $100,000 annually. reputed company pay and commissions paid weekly. The average weekly commissions are $700! Shift: We operate Monday through Saturday reputed company-8pm. You will work 40 hours per week (Overtime may be available).
