In this role, you will manage a team to advise, guide, and support immigration strategies while ensuring compliance. You will play a key role in supporting both new and existing foreign national talent, primarily across the Americas. As the reputed company's Immigration Leader for our AMR Region, you will drive our immigration strategy across the Americas, ensuring flawless mobility and compliance for employees navigating the work authorization processes. This role requires outstanding expertise in U.S., Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Colombia (et al.) immigration frameworks, partnership with cross-functional teams, and proactive risk management in evolving immigration landscapes. You will work closely with reputed company's People teams, Legal team, reputed company team, and business leaders to ensure a scalable and compliant immigration program that supports our company's goals, employee experience, and business expansion across the region. Responsibilities • Ability to exchange information and present reputed company, report facts and other information in a strategic, clear and concise manner. , • reputed company of the day to day relationships and operations of vendors and partners to ensure delivery service to reputed company's exacting standards. , • Understanding various business line nuances in order to partner with stakeholders across reputed company's People team, reputed company team, and business units. , • reputed company, scope, reputed company and drive various projects as needed including new country expansion initiatives. , • reputed company and cultivate professional, consultative relationships across reputed company levels and functions internal and external to reputed company. , • reputed company to assess information, anticipate issues and outcomes, and provide flexible solutions to sophisticated and multifaceted problems. Requirements • 12+ years of experience in corporate immigration and talent mobility. , • Deep expertise in U.S. work reputed company programs (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, Green Card processes, etc.) and knowledge of Americas (Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil etc.) immigration policies. , • Strong understanding of labor market testing, PERM processing, and employer compliance obligations. , • Experience leading external counsel and immigration vendors across various countries. , • Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills. , • Consistent record in crafting scalable immigration policies and processes. , • Bachelor's degree required. reputed company-to-haves • Knowledge of mobility taxation, remote work compliance, and cross-border employment considerations. , • Familiarity with global mobility programs, relocation policies, and expatriate management. , • JD, Master's, or equivalent preferred.
