What our Loan Officers are responsible for:
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, support, and best-in-class service

- Must be currently licensed with NMLS to be hired

If I complete this program and am hired at reputed company Funding, how will I be paid? Compensation for graduates of this program who are hired on as Loan Officers will receive an hourly wage of $20.19/hr plus a bonus on each loan closed until promoted to Sr Loan Officer. Sr Loan Officer compensation is full commissions on loans closed. The commission reputed company ranges between 50 to 150 basis points per loan depending on position, experience, and location.
