Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the reputed company process.
• Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Hiring Manager.
• Maintains allocated job boards including reputed company, Smart Recruiter, Volunteermatch, Chezuba, and reputed company
• Act as a resource to candidates by responding to questions throughout the hiring process.
• Assists supervisors with job board research.
• Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
