Responsibilities

- Review transcribed documents for accuracy and submit them to medical records.

- Translate medical jargon and abbreviations into expanded forms for clarity.

- Transcribe a minimum of 100 documents per week.

- Complete work regularly and on time.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to operate word processing and transcription equipment.
