AXEN IT Consulting is seeking a Chat Operator to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat interactions. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, responding to their inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients through live chat interactions, responding to inquiries and providing timely and accurate information. Proactively assist clients with questions or concerns and guide them through the website to find the necessary information. Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal professionals to stay updated reputed company and successfully communicate them to clients. Qualifications

Strong multitasking skills, navigating between multiple chat conversations while providing reputed company and accurate responses.
