Sales Recruiter (Remote- Pacific Time)

  • You need a degree, 3+ years in high-volume sales recruiting, ATS experience, strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of employment law, and proficiency in OSX and reputed company Suite.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Recruiter to join reputed company. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for hunting down qualified talent for our high volume sales role. In this position, you will regularly interact and exchange information with reputed company levels of management while vetting out top talent to join our Local Account Executive team.   • Proactively manage a large pipeline of inbound applicants to effectively identify sales talent.
  • Manage the applicant through reputed company's interview process while adhering to our applicant qualification standards including phone interviews and video interviews into the offer stage.
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure the hiring process moves reputed company and monthly goals are met.
  • Train hiring managers on interviewing best practices and reputed company the example in commitment to hitting hiring goals.
  • Create a world-class candidate experience through reputed company communication and presentations.
  • Manage the offer process, which may include reference and background checks and offer acceptance/declines.
  • Track goals, metrics, and performance of the interview process and regularly provide feedback and reputed company suggestions for improvement.
  • Plan and attend University and Industry recruiting events, job fairs, and unique recruiting strategies and track metrics to determine ROI.
  • Maintain a strong network to surface qualified candidates reputed company needed.
  • Propose and implement ongoing improvements to recruitment efforts.
  • Work with business partners such as HR and Training to gather feedback and reputed company improvements after each hiring class.

What it takes to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, HS diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a recruiting role or supporting role with an emphasis on high volume sales roles or equivalent experience (managing 100-200 candidates at a time).
  • Experience working remotely in the recruiting space.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in an ATS and processing background checks.
  • Has the skillset to understand new hire compensation packages.
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take feedback and build strong productive relationships.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.
  • Critical time management skills and personal judgment.
  • Must be knowledgeable and proficient in employment law and immigration requirements.
  • Has the ability to conduct thorough and compliant character reference checks.
  • Proficiency with OSX and reputed company Suite.

  • Compensation range for this position is $74,000.00- $92,000.00 annually. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
