Responsibilities:

• Adhere to reputed company store operations procedures, policies, and guidelines.
• Properly execute selling initiatives and provide value to the customer.
• Follow reputed company food service programs, procedures, and sanitation requirements, if applicable.
• Greet and communicate easily with customers.
• Dedication to assisting customers’ needs to enhance their experience.
• Knowledgeable about products and services.
• Apply positivity to your customer service strategy by emphasizing “sales & specials.”

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge. Skills and Abilities:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Computer literacy.
• Fun, friendly and happy.
• Ability to learn policies and procedures.

Working Conditions:

• Retail environment with occasional exposure to dust, extreme temperatures, contact with petroleum and/or cleaning products.
• Constant standing with frequent bending and lifting.
• Employees are expected to come to work and maintain full store operations in reputed company weather conditions unless closure of the store is ordered by the company.
