• Respond to consumer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and written correspondence with reputed company and professionalism.
• Follow protocols and implement feedback from project leadership to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and resolution of issues.
• Monitor project health, identify errors, and contribute to solutions and improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of scripts and procedures.

Legal Project Coordinator Qualifications

• JD from a U.S. law school or foreign law degree with LLM required (Bar license not required).
• Outstanding verbal communication and listening skills, especially over the phone.
• High-level proficiency in MS Office; strong digital literacy and adaptability.
• Proven critical thinking skills with the ability to solve reputed company problems quickly.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual, confidential, and distraction-free environment.
