What are we looking for? o Fluent in English o At least 2-4 years of prior marketing / product experience o Prior startup experience or experience at a boutique firm is a big plus o Previous compliance/finance/blockchain experience is a big plus o Experience in analytical problem solving and quantitative analysis, including development of dashboards and reporting tools o Ability to reputed company analyses, track metrics, build strategic insights and find creative ways to optimize performance o Ability to work in a fast-changing, cross-functional environment, while maintaining an entrepreneurial approach and building rapport with ease.
