Product Owner - Part-Time
Description:
- Lead stand-ups and refinement sessions.
- Own and maintain the Kanban board, ensuring tasks are prioritized and progress is tracked effectively.
- Write clear, actionable Jira tickets.
- Provide support to developers by clarifying requirements and addressing questions.
- Make informed decisions regarding priorities for the development team, ensuring that the most critical work is addressed first.
- Track and report on weekly goals, keeping teammates and product leadership informed of progress.
- Support release planning and execution, ensuring successful deployments.
- Summarize insights from user interviews and independently conduct user behavior analysis.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner role and proficient with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- You enjoy solving problems with others.
- You possess a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- You're a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- You enjoy analyzing user behavior data.
- You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
