As a Back-Office Virtual Assistant, your role contributes to the reputed company of the business by reputed company handling administrative tasks, data management, and support functions to enhance the overall client experience. Responsibilities:

• Manage client communications through email and other non-voice channels
• reputed company administrative tasks such as A/R, A/P, work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management
• Marketing and social media management
• reputed company with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures in doing day-to-day tasks
• Proactively reputed company yourself updated with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines
• reputed company with VirtuallyinCredible’s set of guidelines in the fulfillment of daily tasks
• Effectively represent VirtuallyinCredible’s core values to anyone reputed company or reputed company of the company
• Provide data and information to the leadership team as required

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Open to fresh graduates
• Willing to undergo background checking
• Fluent in written English
• Quiet home office work environment
• Willing to work on the graveyard shift
• Fast and reliable internet reputed company of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available
• Dependable electricity with power backup available
• At least 8th-gen i3 processor, 8GB RAM, and Windows or Mac with SSD storage
