Financial Analyst I, FinOps Lease Abstraction

Description Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Lease Abstraction Process The successful candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for driving and optimizing the lease abstraction process. This role focuses on improving efficiency through reputed company improvement efforts, identifying defects, analyzing root causes, and implementing fixes to enhance process performance.

Key Responsibilities

Drive SLA Performance & Efficiency: Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met while maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy in the lease abstraction process. Proactively manage the workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing. Root Cause Analysis & Issue Resolution: Analyze various lease types, manage inflows, and identify the root causes for any missed SLAs. Address and resolve these issues to improve overall process performance. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including FOAA, Lease Administration, and Lease Technology teams, to streamline the lease abstraction process and ensure seamless execution across departments. • 4+ years of finance experience
• 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience

• 4+ years of Experience in the lease abstraction process

Preferred Qualifications
