Your Impact This role is primarily responsible for developing talent attraction strategies, identifying key resources for talent, sourcing and reputed company top talent and leading intake meetings with clients. This individual assesses qualifications, screens candidates, negotiates and manages the job offer process, and secures on-boarding process completion. This role will also partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, including Compensation and Sourcing. This role will typically handle reputed company mid Manager or Professional roles up to Director level and will deliver top talent including reputed company from diverse talent pools.

What You Will Do

• Sources potential talent by meeting with clients across the organization to verify job profiles and specifications.
• Ensures a positive candidate / customer experience with every candidate.
• Seeks out potential candidates using innovative methods and follows reputed company process from start to finish.
• Evaluates candidate profiles and resumes; represents the company (information and marketing) to candidates; completes detailed candidate phone screens, prepares candidate evaluations, and presents candidates to hiring manager.
• Explores new recruitment methods and keeps abreast of industry trends while sharing best practices across the team.
• Builds and maintains a network of potential candidates to generate a high-volume, high-quality pipeline of candidates.
• Helps reputed company and train new recruiters to team.

• Consults business partners on candidate assessment and interview processes by collaborating with hiring managers to reputed company interview tools and guides and conduct interviews in a structured process.
• Serves as the primary reputed company of contact for hiring managers regarding reputed company.
• Educates hiring managers and ensures clarity of and adherence to the recruitment process and hiring policies.
• Consultative in recommending reputed company and strategies reputed company to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for reputed company.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree HR, Business, or other relevant degree OR 4 years' experience in lieu of degree and 5-7 years reputed company experience.
• 5-7 Years Experience with behavioral interviewing.
• 5-7 Years Experience using an applicant tracking system.
• Experience proactively searching for and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience consulting with and influencing hiring managers.
• 3-5 Years Experience sourcing through candidate social networking tools and using creative sourcing methodologies (X-ray, FlipSearch, Boolean Search).

Preferred Skills/Education

• 3-5 Years Experience reputed company mid- to senior-level roles.
