Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to cut plastic and reputed company materials with precision and efficiency. This position is open to both reputed company candidates and entry-level individuals eager to learn CNC machining. Training will be provided for entry-level hires with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and Operation: Prepare and operate CNC machines to reputed company cutting tasks on plastic and reputed company materials according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Programming: Interpret CAD/CAM files and reputed company adjustments to machine settings and tooling as necessary.
• Material Handling: Load and secure materials onto the machine and ensure proper alignment for accurate cuts.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and standards, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintenance: reputed company routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning and replacing tools, to ensure reputed company performance.
• Safety Compliance: Follow reputed company safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues during the machining process to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in cutting and measurement.
• Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational issues reputed company.
