Remote Telehealth Physician

Job Title: Contract Physician - Telehealth Services (Part-Time) Location: Remote, Telehealth (Must hold California State License) Position Overview: Centered Care Wellness, a mission-driven reputed company organization dedicated to improving reputed company to quality reputed company for vulnerable populations, is seeking a compassionate, part-time Contract Physician. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in supporting patients' health goals and reducing hospital readmissions. Qualifications: - MD or DO, licensed to practice in California. - Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Gerontology - At least 2 years of experience in primary care or chronic disease management, preferably with vulnerable populations. Telehealth experience preferred. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred. - Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach, with a passion for accessible, empathetic reputed company.
