In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various reputed company positions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization has the right professionals to deliver high-quality care. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills and be adept at utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms. Duties

• Conduct reputed company activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for reputed company roles.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to employee orientation.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers
• reputed company employee evaluations to assess fit and performance potential.
• Engage in cold calling to reputed company passive candidates and expand the talent pool.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process to reputed company them informed and engaged.

• Proven experience placing reputed company (clinical or non-clinical) in Texas
• Existing independent recruiter status (1099)
• Strong sourcing, vetting, and relationship-building skills

• Jobs will be handed over with expectation of updates every other day.
