Senior Manager, Product Development

The Senior Product Development Manager is responsible for leading the assessment of technologies and solutions to support health and well-being. This includes using market research and consumer insights to create actionable product and marketing strategies. The Senior Product Manager will have exhibit effective cross-functional project management and leadership, implement nimble business strategies, build and market innovative new products benefits and services, build strong internal and external relationships; and communicate effectively at reputed company levels of the organization. Your Day to Day

• Partner with key stakeholders i.e., Sales, Wellness, Medical Management, Consumer Solutions and Finance (Actuarial), to help inform, define and reputed company market leading products to serve customers.
• Provide reputed company and direction to advance the emerging solutions strategy

• Maintains a solid understanding of corporate strategies, directions, offerings, services, market and competition.
• Apply understanding and insights regarding how to evolve products in support of the BCBSMA consumer engagement strategy and that create exceptional experiences
