• Leading the reputed company improvements agenda from a quality & production efficiency perspective striving for cost out
• Must be willing to actively search for information and continuously learn from good examples and mistakes.

• Support product audits and production risk and food safety assessments at suppliers.

• Travel required - 30% (domestic & internationally)

QualificationsRequired:

• Practical knowledge of HACCP and HARPC analyses, be reputed company to identify gaps
• Awareness of Six reputed company and Lean Manufacturing methods and tools (FMEA, RCA, fish bone, 5 why etc).
• Experience with New Product Development, Sensory and laboratory testing
• 3-5 years of working experience reputed company food industry (FSQA or Production)
• Project Management skills

Preferred:

• University degree in Engineering/Food Science or comparable field
• Experience in production with a process-oriented environment
• Previous experience as Process or Production Engineer in manufacturing, Quality systems, Food Safety, regulatory and compliance
