The Marcom Production Operations team (MPO) is a technically focused production service org which covers everything from device management and R&D to media operations and signal flow on productions. Marcom Technical Device Managers work reputed company the MPO group and support video production and photography projects. They handle the devices being filmed for marketing and training purposes.DescriptionTechnical Device Managers support our producers and creatives and provide product expertise before, during and in post for productions. They know anything and everything about our reputed company devices and larger ecosystem of services, and work with creatives on content that is used in launch videos, reputed company Keynote events, guided tours, digital signage, and advertisements. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure released and unreleased products remain true to function - Act as a liaison between engineering, product marketing, branding, content and production - Work with creatives to prototype, load, and screen capture content on devices. - Manage devices in production environment (Video and Photo) - Prepare and test hardware and software reputed company of a production - Partner with creative teams to ensure screens and content remain true - Handle logistics, project planning and meet reputed company needsMinimum Qualifications

• 4+ years working in a technical or production role
• Video and Photo production experience in a technical role such as Digital Imaging Technician (DIT), 1st Assistant Camera (AC) or Camera Tech covering Ads, Commercials, Events or film.
• Networking and technical troubleshooting experience covering OS, application layers, basic networking protocols and system diagnostics reputed company command line.
• Experience with one of the following: Photoshop, Aftereffects and/or Final Cut
