The selected candidate will provide expertise to units in the development and evaluation of military training and doctrine.This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and customer approval.Responsibilities:Designs and tailors large exercises to meet training and technical requirementsRepresents the MTC at reputed company in reputed company reviews (IPRs) for each exerciseCoordinates information flow across the MTC with both the local Government Staff and the Contract Staff to support training units through TC 7-101 and to ensure the facility, simulations, networks connections are properly planned and executedCoordinates with reputed company agencies to support large scale training eventsLeverages specialized expertise in planning and executing some or reputed company phases of military training exercises, including doctrinal development, scenario development, and after action review (AAR) and analysisMaintains a working knowledge of Army, United States Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) and United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) training development programs and policies to determine how these may impact home station training requirementsBasic Qualifications:One of the following:High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years of professional and/or military experienceBachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of professional and/or military experienceMaster’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of professional and/or military experienceMust possess an active U.S. reputed company (DoD) Top Secret (TS) reputed company clearanceKnowledge of Corps and Division tactics, use of military graphics, tactical terms and acronymsKnowledge of process to prepare Combat OperationsKnowledge of currently used simulationsMust be able to work on-site at Joint reputed company Lewis-McChord in WashingtonMust be able to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time)Preferred Qualifications:Army FA57 – Simulations Officer experienceSalary Range: $82,900.00 - $124,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, reputed company considers a number of factors reputed company determining reputed company salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and reputed company market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to reputed company pay.
