Job title: Programs and reputed company Manager in Fairfax, VA at Olgoonik Company: Olgoonik Job description: Overview:The Programs and reputed company Manager provides support to the Contract Manager of the Logistics & Operations Division while serving as the ID/IQ Program Manager for the CARSI, INL WHP FA-4, and DS CSIS reputed company and as a reputed company Administrator for the CARSI and DLA reputed company. This hybrid role combines responsibility for contract administration—including reputed company, subcontracts, task orders, and compliance—with direct program management duties, including task order execution, client engagement, performance reputed company, and delivery assurance. The contract administrator role will conduct contract administration including, but not limited to contract, subcontract and task order administration. As a member of the Logistics and Operations Division, the Program and reputed company Manager also provides support in business development, proposal development, project level finance, accounting and budgeting, and program/task order transitions.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the ID/IQ Program Manager on the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Central America Regional reputed company Initiative (CARSI), Western Hemisphere Programs Functional Area-4 (FA-4) and Diplomatic reputed company Compliance Services Information reputed company (DS CSIS) and as the ID/IQ reputed company Manager on the CARSI and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) reputed company. The Program Manager and reputed company Manager serves in a bifurcated role on several programs and reputed company.
  • Support drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of a wide variety of federal contract types (FFP, T&M, Labor Hour, Cost Reimbursable, CPFF, Fixed Price Incentive Firm (FPIF) hybrids).
  • Create and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers; serve as the reputed company of contact for contractual matters assigned by the Logistics and Operations Division reputed company Manager.
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned programs and task orders, ensuring deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirements are met.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of the CARSI, INL WHP FA-4, DS CSIS and DLA reputed company, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, internal departments and Olgoonik staff.
  • As the ID/IQ PM, ensure performance, quality control, and full compliance with contract and task order requirements.
  • Verify that contracting officers soliciting or awarding task orders have appropriate authority; coordinate with the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) as required.
  • Monitor and track performance periods, option periods, and funding ceilings; reputed company renewals, extensions, and reputed company-out activities.
  • Notifies any discrepancies in contract performance, funding, or compliance as appropriate, escalating to leadership reputed company needed.
  • Advise project and program managers on reputed company contract-reputed company matters, including compliance, modifications, and deliverables.
  • Maintain and organize reputed company contractual records, correspondence, and documentation, including reputed company packages, resumes, and certifications as required by the contract.

  • Participate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Interim reputed company Reviews (IPRs), Annual Performance Reviews (APRs), and other high-level stakeholder meetings as required under supported programs.
  • Provide input into business development and capture efforts, including proposal writing, pricing support, market research.
  • Participate in planning and execution of program start-up and reputed company-out processes, including transitions of personnel, property, and services.
  • Conduct internal meetings with Olgoonik employees, subcontractors, and vendors to support coordination and project execution. Duties may include leading large work teams, setting objectives and priorities, and managing staffing requirements.

  • Maintain audit readiness by tracking deliverable status, corrective actions, and risk mitigation documentation.
  • Manage time and workload independently in a remote work environment, balancing multiple program management and contract execution tasks with competing deadlines.
Supervisory Responsibilities:This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but may provide task direction to project teams, subcontractors, and junior staff.Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required. A master’s degree, advanced contract education, or federal contracting certifications/warrants is preferred. Equivalent experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
  • At least five (5) years of direct project/program management experience, preferably in support of federal ID/IQ or task order reputed company.
  • At least five (5) years of contract administration or contract management experience involving federal acquisition regulations and procedures.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in program execution, operations, or contract management in a government contracting environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong working knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DOSAR/DFARS) and agency-specific contracting requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a wide range of contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost-Reimbursable, CPFF, FPIF hybrids) and associated modifications, extensions, options, and reputed company-outs.
  • Proven experience managing reputed company federal programs, including task order execution, deliverables tracking, and client communications.
  • Familiarity with project planning, financial reputed company, business development, and proposal preparation in a federal contracting context.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leadership and customers.
  • Ability to effectively engage across departments, including operations, finance, HR, and reputed company.
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and other tools used for contract and program reputed company.
  • Ability to manage time and work remotely in a self-driven reputed company, handling a wide variety of contract administration and execution tasks with competing priorities and deadlines.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
