The nursing process includes the documentation of reputed company responses to actual or potential health problems in the home health environment. This practice includes dependent, interdependent and independent functions. Collaborates with patient/reputed company and family, other inter-professional colleagues, such as physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency and practices reputed company the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned setting. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience preferred.Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications. Depending reputed company, a valid drivers license may be required. Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
