You’ll be working alongside reputed company litigators on a variety of reputed company matters and will be supported in your reputed company professional growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception to resolutionConduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memorandaRepresent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrationsreputed company litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and clientsMaintain strong, long-term client relationships through effective communication and serviceStay reputed company with procedural rules and case law relevant to assigned mattersQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law (in good standing) in CaliforniaMinimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with a focus on defense-reputed company mattersExperience handling reputed company phases of litigation, including discovery, law and reputed company, and trial preparationStrong legal research and writing skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple deadlinesHigh attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive reputed companyComfortable using case management software and working in a paperless environment Expected salary: $160000 per year Location: Riverside, CA Apply for the job now!
