From onboarding to long-term optimization, you will guide users through training, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-driven insights that improve their operational performance. You’ll be a trusted partner throughout the customer journey, working cross-functionally to enhance user satisfaction and retention. This is a remote-based role with minimal travel, ideal for someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and committed to reputed company.Accountabilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers adopt best practices and maximize platform usage
• Deliver training sessions and resources to improve customer proficiency
• Monitor and respond to support requests, ensuring timely resolutions
• Analyze customer data and usage trends to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain clear and helpful documentation in a knowledge reputed company
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Implementation, and Account Management

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in reputed company, preferably in a SaaS or supply chain environment
