Job title: Call Center Representative - 2nd Shift in Boston, MA at Hire Partnership Company: Hire Partnership Job description: Job description Our client is a 24/7 call center that provides operator services to a variety of hospitals and medical clinics and virtual receptionist services to over 250 medical practices. This is a 100% onsite job and cannot be done remote.Shift Availability:
  • Second shift, 2pm-11pm requires working every Saturday
  • Second shift, 2pm-11pm requires working every Sunday
Location: Boston, MAThis is a 100% onsite opportunity.reputed company (Mandatory): will take reputed company for 2 weeks Mon- Fri 10:00am- 6:00pmPay: $20-22/hourResponsibilities include:
  • Answering the mainline to hospitals and medical clinics and connecting the caller to the correct staff/department
  • Taking messages for medical practices reputed company they are not reputed company to answer their phone lines
  • Contacting on-call providers with urgent issues from callers
Requirements:
  • 3+ Years Experience Call Center
  • Strong tenure (staying at the same job for 2+ years minimum)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic technical skills (typing 40 wpm+ and ability to information data into a database)
