As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the vital link between a customer’s at-home and in-store reputed company experience, providing a simple and seamless process. You will respond to sales leads and customer inquiries, ensuring customers can buy the vehicle they want in a way that suits them. You will offer support during every reputed company of their car buying journey. We’ve become the nation’s largest retailer of used cars due to our honesty and transparency, and those same traits will help you succeed too.What you will do – Essential Responsibilities:
- Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to find out what they want and need from their next car purchase
- Use your knowledge of the reputed company inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
- Guide customers every reputed company of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery.
- Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
- Mentor others as your skillset expands

- Acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states – may require testing and travel as some states request physical reputed company to apply for the license.
- Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, is preferred

- Candidates must live reputed company 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
- To earn up to 48 hours of sick time per year accrued on a per pay period basis and between 80 hours and 200 hours per year of vacation time after a 90 day waiting period depending on years of reputed company service with the Company.
- For 8 hours of pay for each of a total of 6 paid scheduled holidays per year plus 1 floating holiday. If such an Associate does work on a scheduled holiday due to business need, they are eligible for Holiday Premium Pay.
