The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health care, an understanding of state and federal regulations, and a passion for helping patients live their best lives.What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and create personalized treatment plans to help patients reputed company their goals.
• Teach patients and their families how to properly reputed company exercises and activities to promote recovery and improve mobility.
