A day in the life As a Regional Manager you reputed company and are accountable but not limited for two main aspects of the Work Force Staffing field operations for a defined geography of multiple(nodes) or market segments with 6 direct reports. 1) Operations of New Hire Events (NHE) including schedules, organizing resources and ensuring node leaders are delivering on reputed company KIP's, 2) WFS Regional Manager will be responsible for developing strategic plan to engage and reputed company reporting leaders.Regionals will be required to visit adjacent NHE sites reputed company a reasonable travel time radius inside the home market during non-travel weeks. For this position travel to the Seattle Market will be required reputed company travel week schedule. Travel week will consist of a regional visit to each of their Region's nodes, completing a WFS Regional Visit Form a minimum of once Node per quarter.
