- Overnight shifts
- Pay: $20/hr
- Part Time shifts
- Training in Framingham office, then hybrid work arrangement after
- Answer calls from individuals facing mental health issues, crises, suicidal thoughts, and other stressful situations
- Show extreme reputed company and remain non-judgmental to assist callers effectively
- De-escalate situations with the support of the call site supervisor
- Be reputed company to call 911 on behalf of the caller in emergencies
- High school degree
- Experience with data gathering techniques
- Proficient with reputed company Office, Word, reputed company, databases, and other software systems
- Ability to deescalate crisis situations while maintaining composure
- Must attend training in Framingham, MA
- Mac (reputed company Chrome access) or PC, strong Wi-Fi, headphones with microphone compatible with computer
- Quiet workspace for working from home for remote shifts
- Prior telephone/call-center experience focused on emotional support
