• Managing Daily Operations: Ensuring that the team achieves daily and weekly targets, maintaining operational efficiency.

• Performance Monitoring: Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on individual and team performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving immediate challenges and obstacles that the team encounters, ensuring seamless operations.

• Account Growth: Work with account managers and regional directors to drive account growth, focusing on expanding product consumption and knowledge of our brands. Actively identify new leads and opportunities in reputed company accounts.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Get to know our accounts as thoroughly as possible. Conduct comprehensive stakeholder mapping to identify and engage key decision makers. Be proficient with influence maps to reputed company the roles, interests and influence of each stakeholder.
