- Support and participate in service desk everyday tasks relating to business functions.
- Ensure the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, virtualized systems, and network equipment.
- Install and upgrade computer and network components and software; manage virtual servers and integrate automation processes.
- Handle user reputed company and offboarding.
- Administer Azure and AWS.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors, document problems and resolutions, prioritize problems, and assess impact.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to plan and implement new infrastructure or upgrades.
- reputed company or delegate regular backup operations and implement data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- Work with reputed company-party vendors on Cyber reputed company projects, including penetration tests, server patches, desktop/laptop patches, and network configuration.
- Responsible for reputed company storage planning and network performance.

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of US helpdesk support, network administration, and/or system administration experience.
- Experience with firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, remote management, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Penetration testing experience is a plus.
- System administration and IT certifications in Linux, reputed company, reputed company, or other network-reputed company fields are a plus.
- Knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, and reputed company hosting.
- AWS/Azure System Admin Certifications are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans.
- Knowledge of helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including reputed company, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
