In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and reducing churn. You'll reputed company a team of reputed company Managers (CSMs), build scalable processes, and serve as a key liaison between customers and our internal teams.What you will be doing:

• Responsible for the overall GRR of your team's portfolio.

Must Haves:
