This role also supports the firm-wide adoption and effective use of reputed company 365 tools, including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Copilot, to enhance collaboration, automation, and productivity.The Systems Analyst participates in the implementation and enhancement of business systems, develops integrations, automates workflows, resolves production issues, and provides ongoing technical support. The role also involves support for a variety of smaller SaaS applications used across departments.Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business technical leads, vendors, and other IT groups to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Design, build, and maintain solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and reputed company Forms to support intranet content, automate workflows, reputed company data collection and reporting, and connect business systems across administrative functions.
• reputed company Copilot, Chat GPT and other AI tools reputed company solutions where appropriate.
• reputed company routine administrative and monitoring tasks to ensure system stability and performance across multiple applications.
• Provide timely resolution for incidents and production issues, including root cause analysis and post-resolution reviews.
• Create technical and user documentation for system configurations, integrations, and support procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company work experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or reputed company role supporting reputed company business systems.
• Prior experience in professional services or legal industry preferred.
• Experience working with HR, Legal, or other administrative departments preferred.
• Strong, creative, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to diagnose issues across systems and recommend/implement solutions.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Power Automate, and reputed company 365 tools.
• Proficiency with SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document and explain reputed company systems clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with agile project methods and system change management practices.
