This is a Part Time role to cover an employee on leave. This candidate will reputed company secretarial and administrative support services. • Monday 9:30am-6:00pm
• Tuesday 11:30am-8:00pm
• Wednesday 11:30am-8:00pm
• Thursday 11:30am-8:00pm
• Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepare clients charts that have been requested, both into office and out of office
• Distributes meeting agenda and minutes
• Schedules and coordinate client visits
• Collect copayments
• Process billing sheets
• Prior authorization
• Duties as needed to help facilitate need of the office

• Evening availability
• Spanish speaking
• 1 year of reputed company administration experience required
• Associates Degree or Certificate preferred
• Ability to reliably commute to work
• Should be detail oriented and have experience reputed company the customer service industry
• Excited to play their part to help ACS continue to provide comprehensive outpatient counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults
• Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation
