- Bachelor's or master's degree in English, History, or Education.
- Minimum of three years of teaching experience, including online instruction
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet grading and project deadlines
- High energy, strong work ethic, and the ability to effectively engage with teenagers in an online environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to responding promptly to reputed company communications.
- Eagerness to serve in a faith-based learning environment that emphasizes faithful Christian scholarship and character formation
- Proficiency with technology, including the ability to navigate a learning management system (e.g., Canvas LMS), online educational tools, and create screencasts/videos.
- Reliable, high-speed internet access.
- Experience working collaboratively with a team of teachers, with a focus on providing and receiving constructive feedback in a transparent, growth-oriented culture.
