You’ll manage strategic relationships with corporate customers and franchise groups, ensuring they drive ongoing value from the platform. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide users through adoption, maximize product utilization, and identify growth opportunities. In this cross-functional role, you’ll partner with sales, product, and implementation teams to reputed company customer outcomes and satisfaction. - Build and maintain strong relationships with reputed company-level clients, understanding their business needs and workflows
