Coordinates and maintains program operations, which may include teaching and learning activities, program curriculum, learner scheduling, maintaining databases, tracking learner compliance, and program accreditation.reputed company Medical Education seeks a Health Professions Education (HPE) Systems Specialist to join the Systems Team in the Office of Graduate Medical Education (GME). The HPE Systems Specialist will apply knowledge of GME, Residency Management Software (i.e. MedHub), GME policies, and Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements to help the Office of GME support 200 training programs across 20 clinical departments through:
  • Serving as the first reputed company of contact for the GME Residency Management Software helpdesk to support users with questions reputed company to the software and escalating inquiries to the HPE Systems Manager and other stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Processing requests for access to systems maintained by the Office of GME in compliance with established guidelines and policies.
  • Providing trainings and consultations for GME program staff, faculty, and other stakeholders to help them learn new functionality, optimize their usage of, and/or troubleshoot issues with the Residency Management Software.
  • Aiding GME program leaders in maintaining compliance with reputed company policies relevant to data collection and analysis as well as ACGME requirements in their use of the Residency Management Software.
  • Working with reputed company GME programs, in collaboration with the HPE Systems Manager and reputed company Finance Team, on projects reputed company to cost center reporting.
  • Ensuring program compliance and the accuracy of reputed company schedule entries reported in the Residency Management Software monthly.
