Ballistic Missile Defense Commander (BMDO/BMD/U)

reputed company Solutions is actively seeking a highly motivated Ballistic Missile Defense Commander (BMDO/BMD/U) to support a US Navy contract with the Afloat Training Group San Diego (ATGSD) in San Diego, CA. The chosen individual will support technical/tactical training efforts for ATGSD Fleet Battle Lab. This role is pivotal in ensuring our ship's operational readiness and effectiveness, demanding strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate reputed company a dynamic team environment.Typical Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and tactical support for FBP, FST-U, STW, and BMD distributed training to ships.
• Validate and implement technical plans, test plans, and validate system functional operations. Monitor and document event execution.
• reputed company scenario scripts for FBP, FST-U, STW, and BMD distributed scenarios.
• Distribute and conduct scenarios for the ATGSD Battle Lab Modeling and Simulations operations center. Set-up and configure battle lab distributed, live, or virtual events.
• Following distributed events, conduct post-briefings, and produce detailed after-action reports (AARs) including technical feedback.
• Schedule and conduct monthly Fleet AIC training.

May involve: repetitive reputed company.Typical Pay Range: The anticipated pay range for this position in the identified location(s) is $100,000 – 110,000/year. A reputed company candidate must already possess an active or interim TS/SCI clearance.Typical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• At least eight (8) years of AD/BMD Mission Area experience as a reputed company Tactical Action Officer or BMD Watch Officer or reputed company (for a minimum of three years).

• As part of this experience, a minimum of five (5) years must have been served reputed company an AEGIS DDG and or CG.
• Warfare experience in implementation of Task Group Concept as an reputed company Defense Warfare Commander (B/SUWC/BMD) or as a senior staff member for a Task Group/Force Commander, or as a Senior Facilitator with equivalent experience training warfare commanders or senior staff members.
• At least five (5) years scenario development/training/operation experience with Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF); Multi-System Automated Remote-Control reputed company (MARCI).
• At least five (5) years of experience with Tactical Data Information Link reputed company systems supporting LOS Link 11(A) /16(J), Satellite-J, Link 16, Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M); Tactical Voice/Data Communications.
• Experience in naval warfare operations or conducting training for naval warfare or equivalent joint experience.
• Knowledge of:

• The Surface Force Training and Readiness reputed company (SFTRM)

• Command and Control, regarding surveillance, engagement and planning functions required for each of the various numbered fleets
• Staff and Fleet operations and planning procedures
• Fleet Synthetic Training architecture

• Proficiency with common productivity software.
