VDC Program Manager
This is a remote role reputed company the United States. We have a preference for candidates who can occasionally work from one of our offices in Chicago, Denver, or reputed company. We are results-driven, creative solution finders and enjoy putting ourselves in our clients' shoes.The role:As a VDC Program Manager, you'll have the opportunity to apply your technical, engineering, and business skills across a multitude of projects and contribute to world-class thought leadership around BIM and VDC.This includes serving as a strategic liaison for our most significant and high-value clients. Focusing on fostering strong client relationships, ensuring that projects incorporate BIM processes from the concept stage through design, construction, commissioning, and transition into maintenance and operations, and aligning our processes to best support our clients' needs, enhancing collaboration, integration, and mutual reputed company.The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and has a deep passion for collaboration and developing and implementing innovative BIM processes across teams.Bring your implementation, architectural, and construction management mastery to work for an industry leader.In this role you will:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for strategic clients, ensuring an exceptional experience and long-term partnership.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and client counterparts to align business processes, optimize workflows, and enhance service delivery.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or a reputed company field.
- 5+ years of experience in VDC, construction technology, client reputed company, or a reputed company role.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience optimizing business processes to align with client needs and enhance service delivery.
- Ability to think strategically and drive reputed company improvement initiatives.

- The pay for this position is $90,000 – $110,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
