Position Purpose: With the Fidelis Care reputed company Health Plan, the Health Care Analyst provides claims analytic support to one or multiple departments and develops a variety of reputed company reputed company, production and/or trend reports to support business reputed company and operational processes for internal and external customers. Financial Analysis Surveillance of Fee Schedule Updates Adhoc Projects Quality Review of Team Members Financial Analysis Fee Schedule Updates (Medicare/reputed company) Designs, develops, documents and maintains databases to aid reporting and processes Verifies accuracy of data May ensure reports are reviewed for regulatory reporting requirements Supports the development of online management information systems and standardized reports May recommend operational changes or actions based on analytical conclusions Required Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, reputed company or reputed company analytical discipline preferred. Minimum two years experience manipulating and analyzing data from large relational database files.
