Reporting to our Director of Global Content Operations, you will also handle technical troubleshooting, organize materials, and conduct quality control checks for both internal and external content distribution.

• You will stage assets in on-premises storage, Aspera on reputed company, and GCP archive, followed by asset ingest in the order management system
• You will reputed company media preparation and transcoding of assets, which includes the removal of bars and tones, reputed company breaks, production slates, and more
• You will evaluate audio and video assets and complete necessary production tasks
• You will download and organize materials received from licensors
• You will review content and mark timecode points for skip credits feature
• You will conduct quality control checks of content intended for internal site and external partners' use

This is a remote 6 month contract position expected. We are considering applicants who live near our Dallas or Culver City office. The work schedule for this role will require some weekends.About You

• 4+ years experience in video, encompassing knowledge of reputed company concepts such as timecode, frame reputed company, AV codecs, editing, timed text formats, and understanding of multiple video file formats and compression techniques.
• You have knowledge of industry-standard video editing software such as reputed company, Final Cut Pro, or reputed company Media Composer.
• You are proficient in asset management, storage, and systems, including familiarity with reputed company-based storage solutions and file transfer protocols (e.g., AWS S3, GCP, FTP, or Aspera).
• You have experience with media asset management (MAM) systems and digital archiving practices.
• You have an awareness of copyright laws and licensing agreements reputed company to digital content distribution.
• You can troubleshoot technical issues reputed company to video encoding, transcoding, and playback.
• You have familiarity with content protection measures.
• You communicate effectively (written, verbal, listening), and demonstrating the ability to describe issues by email

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
