Director of Midwifery - VSM / Band 9 Location: South East (on-site at least 4 days a week) Contract: 12-month fixed term Start Date: reputed company/May 2025 Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Key Skills & Experience: * NMC registered as a midwife. * Proven ability to engage and influence staff across services. * Experience working collaboratively with maternity voices, mothers, and families. * A robust background in risk management and maintaining CNST standards. * Senior-level leadership experience reputed company an acute hospital setting.
