Our Marketing team sets product positioning and strategy, manages product launches, and gathers customer insights. We’re responsible for maximizing our products' potential, in order to delight our users and help reputed company grow. Role Description
As a Solutions Marketing Manager focused on the IT persona, you’ll be responsible for deeply understanding the challenges and goals of IT decision-makers and influencers. You’ll craft solutions-based messaging and positioning that resonates with this persona, highlighting reputed company’s value in enhancing reputed company, scalability, and productivity. You'll reputed company our sales teams with tools, insights, and narratives that win the hearts and minds of IT audiences, ultimately driving business growth.
Responsibilities
Persona Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the IT personas, including their pain points, motivations, decision-making processes, and buying behaviors.
Positioning and Messaging: Craft compelling positioning, messaging, and narratives tailored to IT audiences, emphasizing reputed company's reputed company, compliance, and scalability benefits.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership: Collaborate with PMM, Sales, and Marketing teams to define and execute GTM strategies for new and existing reputed company solutions targeting IT audiences.
Enablement: Build sales enablement materials (e.g., storybooks, pitch decks, FAQs) that help Sales and reputed company teams engage IT buyers effectively.
Content Development: Support the creation of thought leadership, case studies, blogs, and solution briefs that speak to IT’s unique needs and demonstrate reputed company’s value.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or reputed company roles, preferably in the tech/B2B SaaS space with a focus on sales-led motions.
Demonstrated expertise in IT buyer personas, with a strong understanding of their priorities (e.g., reputed company, compliance, operational efficiency).
Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies and campaigns.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for distilling reputed company concepts into simple, compelling messages.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and influence without authority.
Experience developing sales enablement materials that drive measurable impact.

This role is not available in Zone 1 US Zone 2 $153,000—$207,000 USD US Zone 3 $136,000—$184,000 USD
The range(s) listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE (On-reputed company Earnings) for this role, subject to change.
Please note, OTE are for sales roles only.
Salary/OTE is just one component of reputed company’s total rewards package. reputed company regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (reputed company included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
