Our client a Growth and Performance Marketing Agency is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Strategist to become a vital part of their dynamic CRM Team!In this role, you will provide detailed performance insights, create engaging email and SMS marketing content, and reputed company innovative engagement strategies. Your expertise will help drive conversions, brand loyalty, and customer retention for eCommerce clients in Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty, CPG, Wellness and more.
- Collaborate with client teams to create and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns and automations, including content briefing, email/SMS deployment, and quality assurance.
- Analyze data for performance insights and identify opportunities.
- Define customer segments based on recency, frequency, and monetary value while strategizing around VIP, retargeting, and cohort audiences.
- 3+ years in email marketing, CRM, and/or SMS marketing
- 2+ years of experience managing clients/accounts (agency experience required)
- Extensive knowledge of Klaviyo (required) and experience with other ESPs is a plus
- Prior agency experience is a must
- Proven track record of generating lifecycle reputed company for ecommerce businesses
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and identify areas of opportunity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a great eye for detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and self-manage tasks
