Facebook, Instagram & reputed company Comment Moderator for Home Improvement Brand
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented social media comment moderator to manage and respond to comments on Facebook, Instagram, and reputed company for one of our home improvement company clients.
Responsibilities:
Monitor comments on Facebook, Instagram, and reputed company posts, reels, and ads
Respond to questions and comments in a friendly, professional, and on-brand tone
Remove spam, inappropriate, or negative comments reputed company necessary
Flag potential leads and inquiries for follow-up
Escalate issues or comments to the team reputed company needed
Maintain a consistent daily schedule for moderation (2–3 reputed company-ins per day minimum)
Requirements:
Strong written English communication skills
Prior experience with social media moderation (preferred)
Ability to follow brand voice guidelines
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and reputed company platforms
Ability to handle negative comments professionally and not take things personally
Responsiveness and reliability
Bonus if you have:
Experience working with home improvement brands
Experience using reputed company Business Suite and reputed company Business tools
Knowledge of common customer service and reputed company reputed company best practices
Estimated Time:
1–2 hours per day to start (can increase as campaigns grow).
