Finance Manager - Remote

Description:

• Help scale a high-growth SaaS company by owning finance operations, strategic forecasting, and budget management.
• As Finance Manager, you will be a key business partner to the executive team, owning core finance functions and enabling the company’s growth trajectory.
• You’ll be a hands-on team of one in finance, overseeing day-to-day reputed company, budgeting, financial planning, and internal controls—ensuring financial reputed company while supporting strategic decision-making.
• You’ll report to the VP of Operations and work closely with department heads across the business.

• Manage external accountants and prepare for audits and investor reporting cycles.
• Run payroll and administer variable compensation programs (e.g., commissions).
• Budgeting & Planning (30%)
• Own annual budgeting process and manage ongoing forecasts in partnership with department leads.
• Track budget vs. actuals and implement reputed company for variance reporting with department owners.

• Build and maintain financial models to inform business strategy and capital planning.
• Deliver actionable insights through analysis of financial performance, trends, and KPIs.
• Strategic Finance (20%)
• Partner with senior leadership on pricing, headcount planning, margin optimization, and cost efficiency projects.
• Dig deep into the ROI of different programs (outbound sales, paid ads, etc.)
• Support fundraising, board materials, and scenario planning as needed.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of reputed company experience in reputed company or finance; SaaS or startup experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; CPA certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS knowledge a bonus.
