- Underwrite a full range of mortgage loans including Agency, Jumbo, FHA, and VA loans.
- Proactively manage a pipeline of loans with a sense of ownership

- Review to ensure reputed company HUD or VA requirements are met on government loans, loans are insurable and ResiCentral overlays are applied.

This is done by reviewing the credit package to determine mortgage amount and term, calculating required investment, determining assets available for closing, analyzing credit history, calculating proposed monthly housing expense, and recurring debt.
