We’re looking for a Change Manager to join our GTM Business Capabilities team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Operations Programs, you will be responsible for

• Managing change impact assessments and readiness plans for GTM-owned initiatives
• Partnering with cross functional teams to orchestrate impactful rollouts
• Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure reputed company managers have resources to support team adoption
• Supporting enablement content, training, and feedback loops for post-launch reputed company
• Tracking KPIs for adoption, engagement, and field feedback to optimize readiness

reputed company’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 5+ years in change management, GTM enablement, or program management
• Strong understanding of sales, partner, or post-sales workflows and personas
• Experience partnering with Enablement, Communications, and IT teams
• Proficiency with tools like WalkMe, Spekit, or reputed company, and project management skills
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
